Hi there Justin.
I got a amur maple from work this afternoon, I have planted immediately, and gave it the necessary feeding and watering. I am planning on having this as my 2nd bonsai. any suggestions would be helpful. I am in Salisbury UK.

You got it yesterday, right?
名媛直播 is a Marathon, not a Sprint.
Moving a tree can cause drooping. Fertilizer too.

Pierre, i'm thinking you are becoming a bit overenthousiastic.....remember that trees need to be outside, and that this is not a bonsai but just a young sapling, which might become a bonsai in 20 years but for now just needs some general horticultural care, nothing more. But if you can't place it outside it will be dead long before it ever becomes something remotely looking like a bonsai.
