Ok, so I have cut several of the branches off...(including some of the ones you suggested I keep >.<) I just think it looks better this way!
and I have had it wired for sometime.... I removed the wiring now....and here are some pictures of how it is coming along I am very happy with it so far, and am feeling very encouraged with its progress.
please do not hesitate to give a suggestion if you think there is something more I could be doing for my tree!
thank you so much!

nice work.you have the beginings of a nice slanting style bonsai.my only advice would be to style it as it was a pine.i think this will compliment the needle like foliage

Thank you manofthetrees, yes your suggestion was my plan but there is one question which I still have....
How to make the needles smaller? they are currently so large
I found that if I put the tree in filtered light and not full sun, it made the tree grow more needles, so I know how to thicken the foliage, but I am still uncertain as to how to make them small so if you/anyone could please advise me I would be so grateful.

i am not 100% sure but i do not believe that the foliage will reduce very much.in the case of a tree tho the more growing tips per square inch will produce smaller leaves so logicaly the more branching you have the needles might reduce a little.this leaves you with either growing the tree to fit the size of the leaves or just creating a pleasing sillohette and looking past the indavidual needles and consentrating on the foliage masses

Yes you were correct, it branched a lot more and the needles got smaller and smaller. It was a beautiful tree.....and it taught me much, sadly I had left it out on my front porch to get sunlight, and thought it would be fine there for awhile, I only needed to water it every 3 days....so I didnt check it for 2 days and when I did something had dug it up and it was dead, the needles were all dry and brown So I no longer have this tree, very sad for me, but I learned much and have now made a maple bonsai and boxwood ( also I still have my wisteria! ) So hopefully now that I guard them so carefully nothing like this accident will happen again.
