If we think it is a good tree? What do you mean with a good tree? I would not collect this small trees. But....The younger a tree is the easier it is to manipulate it. When I collect trees in nature, I look for trees that are old and have liven a long and hard life, given it good bonsai potential allready. Like naturally low trees with thich trunks, good taper and mowement in the trunk.
