Here are two more pictures. One from the front and one from the side. There is one problematic part (on the back) and I do not know what to do with it. Should I cut it off completely? Maybe next year?
Note: I do plan to use a wire to shape the tree but I do not have any right now. Can I do a wire work in next days or should I do it after leaves shed? Thank you very much :)

To me it seems like there has not been done any styling. Just normal cut back, which is what you would do on a tree in late refinement. Still many handlebar branches, crossing branches and branches growing into the canopy. This is the kind of issues that should be taken into concideration in the styling process. But as you suggest yourself, now it is too late. Just spend some time researching nice broom style trees online the next year and try again next spring.
