I never said it.

Fertilize sick plants?. I have a friend's tree that just went through emergency tepotting, very bad soil and overwatering... I have it on a shady spot and i am not fertilizing.


Depends on what type of soil you used, but maybe there's no need to fertilize.

I'm not saying the article is true, that's for you to research. I do believe it makes sense.

I do not hold out on plants when they are just repotted or sulking. I fertilize.

Same here. When I fertilize, I fertilize all including my pine saplings. No exceptions. Sometimes bonsai is easy.
