What I want for this community is honest answers, good information and no unrealistic expectations.

I agree with Auk. When we have to sit face to face with another person as you go over your trees and learn different techniques, we tend to be a little nicer. But we still need hard honest answers that will help point us in a good direction.

I don't understand what that has to do with arguing whether bonsai is extremely hard or very easy to do. My point was rather than focusing on the topic some forum members would rather hase another member for their post and choice of words. He was simply trying to give words of encouragement. It turns me off to see this as a new member.

Hello Everybody,
i bought and just received my very first 2 "bonsais" online. Since i am living in China the "description" of the bonsais was only in Chinese and i dont have "care instructions".
I wonder if one of you can help to identify the bonsais. So i can find the proper care information.
Thanks a lot,
orenoren

Can you please start your own topic so we know who I replying to what subject?
Both your plants are not species that are used for bonsai. Both also have not been trained as bonsai and don't look like bonsai.
In other words: they are not bonsai but house plants.

bought 2 "bonsais" online.
"description" of the bonsais was only in Chinese

Copy the Chinese name you see on the website you ordered them and try Google translate.
