Aren?t we talking ficus here? The tropical plant?
As far as I know it loves sun and warmth, but if not in tropics it should be kept indoors if temperatures fall below +15°C?

All right I missed that.
It can be the cause along with not being repotted for too long time. Moving it outside might have caused some more stress.
Maybe it is not dead yet, I would keep it outside in shade till temperatures alow.

The problem ocured imediately after transplant, so the rooth was damaged or the tree was too week to survive - probably both. I agree - leave it in semyshade, water and pray.

It seems to be doing not too bad, compared to your previous picture. You say you have been getting growth? How big or small are the leaves coming out?
What is the temperature like where you are?

The problem existed before the transplant but was not severe. I thought it would be helpful to change its pot and move it to outside. Nevertheless, condition got worse since then. Few leaves grow occosionally and on the edge of the limbs there are green bases which seems it will grow new leaves. The thing is even the new leaves are coming out they are deformed and they are quite small. Temperature is like around 6 celcius degree in the winter and around 23 celcius degree in the summer. Winter's comments about my ficus makes sense from my point of view. Because condition has not been improved for than a month on the contrary it got worse. What is your opinion?

Regarding the new leaves being deformed - the same happened to my tree.
The tree knows it needs new foliage so shoots are coming out, but the roots are not working so they are using the juices that are inside the tree, but these are running out. In the last attempt I reported it, but was unable to save it.

are you in summer or winter?
Did you check for spint mites? Small very fine webbing around the limbs? Feels like that couldbe the cause. If it is summer there, the fig should be responding.
