Hello again,
Condition of my bonsai got worse since then. Half shaded place outside of the house has not improved its condition. Although barely new leaves coming out, they seemed to be deformed. Additionally, on the body of my bonsai there are black/brown thing started to appear recently. I will be very happy, if someone who identify my bonsai's situation. Because it is hard to find a person who is expert on bonsai in ?stanbul.

Maybe it just doesn?t have enough of water.
I would guess that black stuff on bark is mold, try to gently wash it off with some water and foam washcloth to see if it is coming off.

That should not be a problem as you do not need a person who is expert on bonsai at all.
You need someone who has knowledge of ficus.

Let's not use the word 'bonsai' for a moment. We're talking about Ficus and the requirements for Ficus.
Ficus should do OK indoors, but if the climate is right, it will do better outdoors where the conditions are better.
Repotting was not wrong, if you have kept the roots intact, without making any damage.
Did you notice anything while repotting, any issues with the roots like roots being soft/mushy, smelly, falling off easily?
