Help! New bonsai unidentified and wilting! was created by KingJake

I just bought a young bonsai tree a couple days ago and put it in my window. But the sun hasn't come up since I've brought the tree home and now the leaves are wilting and the flowers have turned brown. I have tried to look for solutions but I can't identify the species. It has shiny leaves and tiny star shaped flowers. Someone tell me what to do and help save my little tree :(

No photo's... I'm guessing: , or maybe

Someone tell me what to do and help save my little tree :(

Wait and continue to take proper care of it. The change of environment may be the cause, it may adapt.
Or bring it back, ask for a refund or a new tree.

I added photos but the site must be buggy. I think you're right about it being Carmona

Bringing it back for a refund or anything is not an option for me, i'd really like to save it.

I saw the photo. That's not normal at all, and, if you really bought it just a few days ago, this should not happen, even if you neglected it - unless when the circumstances are really bad. You wouldn't happen to have put it on top of a heater or so ?
Did you water it? How often since you bought it? Has it dried out?

My very first tree was a Fukien Tea. Bought it in a DIY store in the UK called B&Q. Through good watering on a daily basis I stuck to, regular feeding and a better pot with Akadama in, I vaguely remember a very thirsty tree droped its dying and dead yellow and brown leaves and lots of new buds appeared and broke to create lush, deep green, healthy leaves.

One thing I learned about the Carmona Mycrophylla or Fukien Tea is the leaves almost appear to tell you by it's state what it needs. That's one thing I remember. IIRC brown and/or yellow leaves mean too little water and/or too much heat and I think wilted green leaves like yours could mean that it isn't getting enough light. But you have it by a window. Though I see it does have something over it which filters light

I think so. Where do you have it?

Plants that are bought from a place with a tropical greenhouse, that are brought indoors in a heated roopm in dry appartment do this. Especially if the roots are allowed to dry out, even for only a few hours. (I have seen people growing vegatables in seedling-greenhouses kill off their complete crop by opening the lid and placing the thing outside for a few hours)

Most plants do not return from this.

I should probably not be surprised but do growers really do that - Sell trees directly from a tropical greenhouse as houseplants?
They surely know that plants won't survive that.

I had it on a windowsill in my kitchen, Since then I have moved it to the living room and it is sitting outside right now since it's a sunny day. Like I said the past few days have been gloomy and dark so I thought sunlight could be the issue. When I brought it home I watered it generously making sure the soil was nice and moist, and once a day since, and the leaves and soil still feel dry, should i water more?
