I think if you hollow out the ugly cut branch, then it would look better, this is my opinion however. Also, if you get a nicer nebari, then it may look better! My opinion again.

There are several bonsai nurseries in UK which have good trees at reasonable prices and will send. I would much rather pay a bit more than buy something that may or may not be a good tree. York 名媛直播, Greenwood 名媛直播 Herons 名媛直播 and Keizen 名媛直播 all have superb trees which are not overpriced. Why not have a look at them before you drive all that way and spend any money? I would rather pay a bit more than risk wasting my money.

Thanks very much for the help and advice, I'm going to give this one a miss and keep an eye out. Had it been nearer if have went for a look.
I'm not in any rush anyway.
