Juniper Winter Care Question

Hi Everyone,
I live in Rochester, NY and I purchased this Juniper 名媛直播 from a seller located in Florida several weeks back. Recently I have been trying to keep it outdoors during the day and move it into my garage during the night to keep it from the freezing temperature outdoors. Today I just noticed that some of the tips on this bonsai have turned white-ish (they seemed to be new growth when they came in) and I am not sure whether it is an alarming sight or not.
Can you guys tell me how bad this is and if I need to take some action to help it stay healthy?
The local temperature in Rochester is at around 30F to 34F (-1C to 1C) during the day and 20F to 24F (-6C to -4C) during the night. Due to high wind sometimes it can feel like 16F (-9C) during the day.

Junipers should be kept outdoors at all times.

This looks like a healthy juniper to me.
In general Junipers can take quite a bit of frost. Do you know where it was kept before coming to you? Normally growers will keep them unprotected outside. However, as this is already quite active AND it is still below 0 where you live I wonder whether it has come from a warmer location.
Just fyi, this is this week in my yard:

Thank you so much for helping. The tree was shipped from Fort White, Florida, where the aveage temperature is around 75-80F right now. I learned from the guide that Juniper bonsai can withstand as low as 14F (-10C) without problem but im not sure whether a tree that was previously accustomed to an all-year-round summer-like climate can quickly adjust to the cold weather here in Rochester.

It *probably* would be OK. But I would also not put it out in frost straight away. Rather, use a frost-free (?) shed.
Indoors in a heated room is not a great idea; That *can* quickly lead to problems.
Dificult
FYI: I have a tree coming in from Italy which I bought mid-winter. But I asked to not ship untill frost broke here. Just for safety.

Your garage may be a suitable place until frost is over If it is cold in there.

I think my garage is around 50F (10C) during the evening. What I am doing right now with my Juniper is to take it outdoors at 9am during the morning to give it sunshine and bring it into my garage after 8pm to help it avoid potential below 14F temperature during night

Trees do best at a somewhat natural cycle. What you do to the tree is to make night warmer than day, not really natural. Althou not the ideal situation, it proboably makes it into spring when you put it outdoors and leave it there for the rest of it's life.

Thanks you so much!
If its fine with you I would also like to ask some questions regarding other outdoor trees I bought before but clearly mis-treated them by putting them indoors for at least a month.
This is my Chinese Elm which is apparently not in good shape. two days ago I just found it been infested with Aphid and I washed the leaves with warm soap water and removed as many of the pest from its leaves as possible. I guess I should come back and check a few weeks later to see if new bugs hatched or not. Right now I am hesitate whether moving the tree outdoors is a good option given the cold weather outdoors as well as the pest condition it is having right now. Can you give me some suggestions?
I also have this Azalea who is looking just fine right now. It just had its flowers during Febuary and had since began to grow new leaves like crazy lol. I am not sure whether moving it outdoors may damage the new leaves or not due to the low temperature.
