Is that where it sits? Over a radiator is death to any plant. If you don't keep it there then it could be watering or just natural, but if you have had it for that long then you should know what happens at this time of year.

I don't know what kind of tree it is but in these 4 years it hasn't lost leaves in winter
What can I do now?

I feel that the soil probably ist out of fertility and because of that it started to lose leaves so I repot it and change the soil after 3 years
I keep it there in winter time with light

Sorry,I am not sure I understand right. Did you repot 1 year ago, just before you opened this thread or just after?

Anyway there are two rules that apply to repotting no matter species. Never repot an unhealthy tree and repot at the right time of the year. I have a hunch you broke both of them.

My question is how can I save it?
Or there is no chance?

That is a question impossible to answer without more information.

There are 100s of reasons for an evergreen tree to loose leafs. The answer is allways in care and environment. From the picture supplied we can only tell that the tree is in ill health. In order to pinpoint the reason we need more information about care and environment. Right now the only thing we know that it gets supplemental light in winter which is good and not a reason for health problems. We also know that you have repotted it. That may be good or bad depending on when it was done, what soil was used, your experience in repotting and the health of the tree before repotting. So not much information awailable to us.
