Zelkova - leaves shrivelling, help!

The tree being as overgrown as it is won't be the cause of it.
It's most likely to be a) the fact that it is indoors and/or b) not watering properly.
Ignore the label, Zelkovas are a million times happier outside than inside.
To try and bring it back I would:
1) put it outside in a sunny position
2) check on the tree everyday. You can check whether it needs watering by 1) putting a chopstick in to see if the soil is damp (google how to do this). As a general rule, more trees die from under than overwatering.
