My first time here- I am not a complete beginner, but haven't really done anything 名媛直播 for 20 odd years until my interest was rekindled during lockdown. I am in Somerset UK and found these three cheaply at a local nursery today. They are probably all okay for now in their pots and I suspect I should wait until next spring now to do any significant work on them (but happy to be told otherwise!)
The Juniper seemed to me to have a lot of potential as a slanting or windswept style. The other two were not labelled (except as "various hedging"). However, I think its a birch of some type with heplfully small leaves, and a hornbeam which almost looks as if it has been grown as a starter tree for me...

Well I am not too far from you. You are right a Birch and Hornbeam. The Juniper looks like it is starved, I would Get some fertiliser into it for a few months. Sane with the other two. The Hornbeam you could do some pruning, and the Birch but I would not touch the Juniper this year. Next spring you could re pot them and get some better soil. Patience is the name of the game, so don't be in a hurry, especially the Juniper, the strength of Junipers is in the foliage, so you need to get it green and healthy.

Thanks. I have chucked some biogold into each of them and overcame my impatience by building a bench instead of touching them

I was thinking quite a bit more than that. Very good, some good material to play with and if you do it wrong, it does not matter too much. I wish I could get to places but not allowed at the moment.

Yep- was a pleasant surprise to find them. I am intending to pop back there this afternoon for a more thorough look around.
I might consider slip potting them into some of those airpots that Kaizen do to get them going.
