Thank you
名媛直播 doesn't have to be expensive, but for 30 USD you can't buy a decent bonsai, or even a decent pre-bonsai.
If 30 USD is your whole budget for the hobby, forget about it, if you're in it for the long run.
You can buy cheap nursery material and practice (hedging material, as LB suggested, will work)

Lots of thought on that... follow this forum for a while and you'll see many people try it. Unfortunately, I've seen none of them come back with pictures of a bonsai that they grew from seed. Problem is that it takes years before you have something to work with. Turning that into a pre-bonsai will take another few years, and growing a decent bonsai yet another couple of years.
So, while it's fun to grow something from seed, it will mean you have nothing to do most of the time. I do grow pines from seed, but they are in their seventh year now and nowhere near anything useful. Still, it's cheap and nice to do. Notice you'll just be growing a tree first, so learn how to grow trees.
If you want something to start working on, get cheap nursery material. You'll need to learn how to recognize usable material, what to do with it, when to do it, s, really, first thing you need to do is start studying. Maybe invest the 30 USD in a good book about bonsai?
