have you recently bought this tree? It looks like it has been outside for the winter and was then brought inside, upon which the leaves shriveld and died.

I do not think this needs repotting. It needs the right care.

Yes my partner bought the tree at the Christmas markets in Manchester in December . It has been ok up to last week. I watered the tree left it to soak until all the air bubbles had gone . Prior to me watering the tree my partner moved the tree into the kitchen and forgot to move it back to where it has been in the conservatory as in the photos . I am new to Bonzi trees and not sure what to do hence me asking for advice and help

That's not how you water a tree. Water from the top until water comes out of the drainage holes (which is easier when it's outdoors).
