I tend to disagree with this statement.

Fair enough. What do you Think is the issue indoors?

\

Lack of natural circumstances (humidity, light level, day/night rhytm, water, air)

So is it possible to keep indoor?

Dry air. Lack of light. Lack of ventilation. And of course, lack of seasons and temperature changes.

Yes, correct.

It is allways better to get trees that can tollerate Ones climate year round. With a tree that cannot handle the local winter it is allways problem over the winter. Cold, frost Free, light place can get them thrue the winter better than in living room temperature. But never as Good as if kept in a climate where they can tollerate the winter.

I Will for sure not buy any more trees that cannot tollerate my winter.

So strange to see you tell others they are correct and next repeat what they wrote, as if it was you who wrote it, while you wrote something different first.

I dont Think I want to go Into that kind of discussions. Done it before, was not in my favor. Lets just say that we have different experience in overwintering non hardy bonsais. My third winter is proboably a lot less than anyone of you. So far I have got them thrue, althow not as healthy in the spring as my hardy trees. Any input about how to do it better from more experienced persons is appreciated.
