I doubt it. The leaves seem big and trunk/branches don't seem interesting. And it looks sick.
I may be wrong, not sure from the photo how big the leaves are - and yes, Euonymus is used for bonsai.

There are many spindle species used for bonsai. So I do not see why not. I cannot see the interest, but I am not near the plant. Do check the roots beforehand and make sure you have a good nebari there.
Naturally, this is not some abandoned piece of land.. Make sure you agree with the owner, and I would say the people that live in the houses behind it that you can take it. It is not worth gettig in a fight oevr, I'd say.

I would not take this one. Yes, it is in property, though there is free access to it from the street. I was thinking to take cutting or something but not sure since it is ill. I would talk to owners and see if they are ok I to take some care of the plant.. haircut it and put on medicines. Will see.. Thanks again guys.
