Hawthorn and blackthorn.
One more shohin size tree tomorrow and then few pines in may.
All of the trees (except garden maple) were collected in the bushes that are to be cleared anytime now as the heavy machinery clearing out everything around is approaching.my favourite spot for collections.
Thats why I am not taking chances and I collect what I see right away and hope for the best using Tony Tickle?s sweating technique unlike my fellow bonsai enthusiast from here that are preparing trees for collection for a few years and every now and then their efforts end up on a piles that are then crashed by a huge mixer (or whatever you call it).
