I've never used it, so I didn't reply. It is probably the same with other people on this forum. It doesn't mean it won't work, but rather we just haven't used it.
For any fertilizer, just use the recommended dosage per instructions on the bottle. If your soil is well-draining, regular strength should be fine. If you're worried about it, just go a little lower dosage.
