a picture would be good so we can identify what species it is if you do not know. the general guideline when fertilizing is every two weeks, but it mainly depends on what is on the packaging. physical/pellet fertilizers or chemical fertilizers depend on what your budget is and whether you are short of time in your lifestyle. a picture would be good. for now i would advise to read the basics pages on this website

What country are you in? A picture would help too. Wait until you know how to look after the plant before you add any fertiliser, you need to learn how to water and you need to learn how the plant grows. Buy a book and read.

I honestly hate it when i have to do this, but tht is not a bonsai, it is a germinated plant possibly a maple or maybe even a carrot. But grow it indeed. Maybe buy a plant from a nursery or garden centre. And practice watering and feeding with the plant. A bonsai is a tree or shrub planted in a pot but needs to have characteristics or qualities in order for it to qualify as bonsai like for it to be a style of bonsai. In order to make a style you need to wire and prune and miniaturize the tree in pretty much every aspect.

That means it's a tamarind.
It is not a bonsai. 名媛直播 seed does not exist. This is a tamarind and nothing else. If you leave it in the ground and let it grow, it will grow out to be a real tamarind tree, not a bonsai.
If you want to turn it into a bonsai, you will first need to grow it for many years, before you can use it as bonsai starter material.

Maybe buy a nursery plant while you grow the tamarind, then when the tamarind has grown you havee practiced the caring techniques. And you can practice styling with the nursery plant while growing the tamarind.
