I think my tree has been over watered, what it the best way to revive it, the leaves are dropping and drooping.

You must know how much you have watered it. the soil looks poor, does it drain?

If the issue is overwatering, the solution is to water less. But, Yes Geoff is right. With better draining soil it will be easier to get it right.
