Hi all, I've had my Fukien Tea 名媛直播 for a little over two months and it appears to be doing okay, it has been sprouting new leaves and small branches are growing too.

Over the last couple of days, it's begun to flower with beautiful small white flowers with several more stems starting to sprout.
However, some of the ones that have flowered have turned from their white colour to a yellow colour.

I water it at least every other day when the soil isn't particularly damp, and mist it daily. to keep it hydrated, it's been pretty warm where I live recently (Manc, England). I keep it out of direct sunlight, but my flat is Southern facing so it receives plenty of natural light throughout the day.

Just hoping someone could give me some guidance as whether this could be an issue with not getting enough sun, or needs to be watered slightly more often, or if this is just a natural cycle for this particular species of tree.

Thanks in advance

contrary to common believer, flowers do not stay on trees forever. at some point they die and fall off. that is normal

So even after 2-3 days that's perfectly normal? That is a relief, though it's sad to know that the whole tree may not be in bloom all at the same time.

Thanks for easing my mind about this!

Would you mind posting a picture of your little tree?

I have attached pictures, I hope you can see it clearly, there's some flowers of concern, but also new ones sprouting.

To me it looks like it's in fine shape?. The darker leaves with white spots on I've figured/ researched shows that it's normal to have them for older leaves, and the new ones are growing fine.

I've not pruned it at all in the 2 months that i've had it, but was planning on doing so in the next couple of months?

Thanks for the help!
