I just repotted my ficus bonsai and its started to bloom and looks good. Were just approaching Spring in New York and I want to know when and how much should I fertilize? I have solid fertilizer pellets and baskets, just not sure how much I really need.

Your ficus has started to flower? Now, directly after repot? That is odd.

What didd you use for substrate? If you are using potting soil -which, if you are indded doing bonsai, you are not- then you dont need to fertilize for weeks or maybe even months. If it is in coarse modern substrate, fertilize as soon at the plant is growing.
