as for the tools list...that should do fine its pretty much what i use regularly

the bonsai wire i am assuming it is aluminium but either way is way too thick for any styling you may do. 5mm is for large branches and trunks i found a set of 100g 1,2,3,and,4mm when i started bonsai and it was more than enough

the watering can preferably should have the finest holes in it that you can get,but it is not a huge deal.you can wash alot of soil away if you are not careful.

the wire mesh is fine ,but plastic is much cheaper and less stabby

by the 2 litres i meant 2 litres of decidous grond mix AND needle grond mix,
the wiring is made out of aluminum but the thing is, the thicker the cable, the shorter the cable, whilst a cable of 1mm is 47 metres long, the one of 5mm is only 2 metres long, so i might take a slightly shorter cable or two 100 gramms of cable of 5mm thick. and also i THINK that the wire mesh is plastic but not sure (i translated it, so yeah, i know reasonable english, i'm only 15 and Dutch, so far i learned all my english from games.)

I think what ManOfTrees is telling you is to get thinner wire, rather than thicker. 5mm wire is suitable for the trunk of young trees, up to maybe 2cm thick. Or branches of 1+cm thick. If you are just starting out, chances are you will be working on much younger plants with much smaller branches. 5mm wll then damage the branch and/or result in breaking of branches. Better to get thinner wires first. Think 1mm and 3mm and expand as you stay with the hobby.

i think i will buy multiple wires of different widths to have certainty.

i could speak full english when i was 8 WITHOUT any english lessons, just games and movies
now that i'm 15 my english is even better(i mean to say this without egoism) and it's really helpful.
