I recently ordered a trimming tool from them. Apparently the tool i ordered was out of stock. I received an email from them no more than an hour after ordering it. They said that they would be getting a new shipment in a few days and asked if I was ok with waiting. I told them that it was no problem. Once they got the shipment in (3 days later) they shipped it to me immediately.. They even upgraded me to next day shipping for free!

I was expecting the tool in 7 days, but I received it in 5!

Enclosed in the package was a hand written letter apologizing for the delay. They also gave me a free gift (a little mudman sculpture).

I was astonished by their service. I definitely recommend them for any tools / supplies you might need.
