No living thing in the order. I prefer to drive there for a tree Pots, wires, tools, fertilizers, substrates, mycorrhiza, endomycorrhiza, and so on..

I am planning to online order a couple of trees and other supplies from them, as we speak. Any experiences? As usual, i am a bit worried about the packaging of the trees.

This is a professional bonsai trader who normally knows what they do. I would not be concerned about oredering starter trees online. however, better trees are -always- better bought locally as you can inspect it from all sides and get a 3D impression.

I think I am past of my fifth order from them. I have positive things to tell..
As I know, just a small percentage of their plant stock are in their online shop. I believe it worth pay a visit on their location, so I planned to do...

The trees what you order are really the trees on the pictures, with correct measurements and maximum health. (Even they send a little certif./care paper about the individual which is too German for me to correctly understand, but the infos looks legit.)

The package is really safe and secure. The substrate is covered with moist sphagnum and the pot sealed and wrapped with cling film to a thick carton base and placed to or wrapped around with a carton box of its size. That box is fixed inside to an other box... Like those Russian matryoshka dolls.

I¡¯m outside of the EU, but even with customs process I get my packages in maximum 4-5days with DPD.

On my last order I¡¯d try to fill back my wire stock, so I took from the smaller sizes (1 - 1,5mm) 100g, and 4 other sizes in 500g. Instead of... I¡¯ve got 100g packages for all sizes.
Who¡¯s not working, cannot make mistakes.. How they¡¯re handled it, it was professional and highly client oriented.
After my ¡°imissingstuff¡± email, I¡¯ve got an immediate apology and they offered me free shipping (min. 32.90 €, sometimes 47.90 if I go wild...) for my 500g wires, which is the normal process.. plus I can place any other products on this order with the same free shipping. ...and I can keep the 100g ones free of charge..

I think they¡¯re good. I highly recommend them.
