Help! I overpruned my spruce, and he is losing needles. I worry I may have killed him. Any advice on how to save my friend?

LOL! It sure not look good. If you are in the nortern hemisphere you pruned on the totally wrong time of the year as well.
If it is possible to keep it frost free at around 5 degrees this winter the chanses will increase. But do not have too high hopes.
