I did rewiring today and need feedback. I didn’t do any pruning, aside from pulling off one small branch.

Posted 2 years 7 months ago #76314I'm planning on pruning the lower branches later this year (possibly fall) to create a slimmer look towards the bottom. It's hard to tell from the photos, but there's a new growth where the three branches meet on the apex. I'm hoping to eventually create a crown out of that.Hey Wes, what's your plan on it?

Hmm, it's kind of hard to tell by the picture, but you should start thinking about who's gonna be your first branch, second branch, back branch, etc... also, what whould be your front, and height...
Maybe I would even consider prepare to change the leader as on the picture...
However you just don't have to decide all at once, even because it's not easy to decide such things (at least for me xD).
