Hey there Mimo,
I just have one question though... From this pic you are using a tensor to set the upper trunk/branch in place, however this tensor is anchored to the lower trunk and consequently is pulling it upwards. Now, the questions...
Having planted this tree on a slab aren?t or didn?t you faced problems while trying to keep the tree properly attached to the slab? That is... Doesn?t your tree detach from the slab and the soil mix? Or maybe you placed the tensor previously and then you planted the tree into the slab?
Thanks for the answer in advance...
Alain

The upper part of the largest tree - the one on the rights side is pulled down with wire anchored to the lower trunk of the tree on the left and it is not pulling it up at all.
As to wiring the tree to the slab - well of course the rootball is wired properly to the slab and doesn?t move at all
Usually I drill holes in the slabs, but in this case it wasn?t possible, it is very hard so I cemented/glued the hooks in the small holes I managed to drill before I gave up and then I anchored the wires in them and tightened them over the rootball that was very dense and compact as it usually is on trees from garden centres.

Only juvenile growth on this one this first season after styling and recent repotting.
Mudman (Zarathustra), stones and lonely country road added to make it more "chinese penjing style".
