I am not sure of the exact cultivar, the flowers are different than the standard wrightia that I have seen. as you can see from the pics the flowers here grow up. Most wrightia pictures that I've seen online have flowers that hang. also these flowers don't give off any odor.
I don't live in a tropical climate, and usually through the winter, this guy suffers a bit.
As for ramification, it back-buds fairly well. but it also looses it's leaves on a shoot after growing about 10 to 12 nodes on the new shoots.
I am moving to a house where it will get full sun almost all day, when it's warm, so I am hoping that will really help.

There are only 3 varieties of Wrightia Religiosa I am aware of 1) Standard leaf Wrightia Religiosa - with single petal flower 2) Standard leaf Wrightia Religiosa - with double petal flower 3) Small leaf Wrightia religiosa - with single petal flower (also called Vietnam Wrightia).
All of these have hanging flowers.
The plants with similar leaf but few upright flowers are other varieties of Jasmine (see Winter Jasmine - white)

Whatever the exact cultivar the guidelines for water jasmine have been correct as far as it's care.
