Is this a graft point? If it is a cultivar, could be a graft.

I don't believe it to be a graft point. It looks more like a point where branch was removed. The person I bought this from, wasn't into 名媛直播. He was just selling trees out of a truck.

I'd hollow it out, add some shari, & make a feature out of it. As previously said, the scar could take years to heal over and still be unsightly. Show it off.
The other option I'd consider, also mentioned, would be a layer, which can be done with this, though you'd lose the height.

I'm going to bring it to my workshop tomorrow. But I think turning a negative into a positive, is a great theory.

My kai apple got exactly the same problem. I used my knob cutter and cut the whole bulge away with the knobs of the 2 previous branches. I used a small sanding machine to smooth the trunk. I've used cut paste to seal the wound and it is currently healing nicely. It is going to leave a small scar where the 2 branches was removed but it will be lightly. This is a long process for the wound to heal. I can't say that this method is going to work on all trees.
