I acquired this tree at my club's yearly auction about 6 years ago. It was still a shrub in a nursery can. It's been a great learning tree, but you can see here it's never going to be an awesome bonsai as is. I'm asking for advice. Any and all. Easy and extreme. Up for the challenge.
Tree is ~35cm tall. Repotted this year, so no crazy bends until next year, but I'm open to suggestions. It's in good health.

one option.. Remove all above the first branch. Then build a tree using your last image from the side as a start for the front.
