This tree I also saved, here the progression.

After now around 7 month, I de-foiled the tree and applied down draft wire. The individual branches will be wired at a later stage when the required thickness is as I like it. I carved the tree with the "Terrier", resin of the tree clog the bit, cleaning in-between carving necessary.

After on week new leafs are coming. To be continued.

I'm blown away at the strength of this tree. Great job
