I wanted to share an album from yesterday's collection. I had a great time and learned a lot as this was my first collection from the wild. She needs a lot of work but I see a lot of potential.
Anybody have experience with this species?

I've seen a little bit of information about it. It isn't nearly as popular as some of the other junipers though. There is plenty more where that came from too. The sandbars here are flooded with them! I would like to try and air layer a much larger trunk when I can get some more pots.

i think a good fertalizer regimen later this spring will help it fill out. man i need a helper like yours. my girls dont help carrying the load back,they'd rather climb trees and get muddy

Haha..he does his fair share of that too. If it wasn't for the tractor driving he wouldn't have lifted a finger.
