I am going to try to grow this sweet potato into a bonsai potato tree :lol: Should be an interesting experiment, I will post updates. Has anyone done this before? I saw some youtube videos of people trying this and I was inspired. I think I will grow it as aqua bonsai for now. using the nutrient from used fish tank water.
