I would like to do something with this juniper. It really has no character. Maybe i could get some ideas. I would like an "S" curve or wind swept, but the trunk is very stiff. Any imput would be wonderful.

Nice tree, but if you keep it indoors, you don't need to shape the tree as that is a lost cause.
But if you put it outside, then shape it how you like it. Use some copper wire 2/3mm, or two wires to get a bend in it.
If you had this tree longer then 2weeks indoor, i assume its alread dead... but the discolleration will happen in the next couple of months...
So put it outdoor asap.

Junipers are quite flexible and you should be able to bend it a few years ahead.
But horticulture first. A dead or dieing juniper will snap when tried to bend. Put the tree outside, get rid of all those plastics that just present good control over soil moisture and learn how to water properly. Any styling can wait until you know how to care for the tree and you have had at least one good growing season with it. If you are in the northern hemisphere that is earliest authum 2022.

I just want to say thank you for all your help. But, 名媛直播's are extremely beautiful, and they require much to much work and patience, with very little reward. Anyway, my friend is "adopting" my bonsai's.
