I suppose you are in the Netherlands? With that climate, when did you cut it back (second photo)? That December? or later when leaves started to bud out?

@ Ivan: Yes i'm from Holland.. The second picture is made in february 19th 2017. I suppose it was just after the cut back...

The last years this tree was doing well! This year it's the first time that he has a nice amount of flowers!
