Hi, this larch i collected 3,5 years ago in the dolomites. Had a tough time figuring out what to do with it, saw all kind of possibillities but none really "did it".
So i left it alone and looked at it for 2 years, untill after looking at my 2 sons i suddenly saw the tree in the tree :-). Still needs a good number of years to mature, needs to be planted higher ( there is a nice shape hidden underneath but it still needs to grow more roots ), some carving is needed too, but all that can wait. What do you think about the general idea? Btw, the tree is called "the 2 brothers" from now on.
I included some early pics to see how it started.

is this indeed the same tree as in the before images?

Indeed, planting angle changed a lot, so it seems a different tree
