I'm really new to bonsai world. This is my first ever attempt to style a plant.
Is a picea glauca bought from a garden centre.
Any suggestion and and warning is very welcome to improve my technique and be as kind as possible to the plant

Is it really the first time you wired a plant? If that's so, that's amazing. Your wiring is not bad at all, much better than what we see from other first-timers on this forum. Looks like you've got talent. The shaping...not bad really, but I think you removed a bit too much and you should have kept foliage closer to the trunk. But again, for a first-timer, not bad.

My tip is to ask for suggestions BEFORE wiring/pruning/shaping the tree.
Also, I wouldn't have selected a Picea. They're not easy to train.

For now, I'd not do more with the tree, just give it proper care and let it grow. Most important is to keep the tree alive.

Thank you very much for the suggestion. I'll definitely ask before next time, I read that the Picea Is not the best just after I purchased but together I bought a Chinese Juniper which need to grow for at least one season.
Is my first time wiring yes, I did few try on a dead pice of wood and research lot online.
I definitely let the plant rest for a while now. My only concern is
Can I repot now in the bowl you see on the picture without disturbing the root to much?

I suggst you find a club to join where you live, cheaper material and hands on advice.

Yes I did some research and find one pretty close to my area
but London life is really busy and they have one meeting per month on week days so it will be really difficult to join them.

I would wait for the end of winter, to be safe.
It can be done in the fall, but with really good care and just up potting, no root trimming right now.

my intention was just loose a bit the bottom of the soil and move in the new pot adding some well drained mix to fill-up
but I will wait for end of winter to be more safe.
