Ah, this is a weird alien growth from a distant planet . It gives personality to the tree.
BTW, your Deshojo is sooo nice! I love the pot.
Hey, Orlando, what a nice little tree! Colour of the pot also, and those flowers! WoW!
It seems we have VERY shy people around this forum; where are your trees guys???
A deciduous Bougainvillea in winter, will change pots in the Spring:

Posted 5 years 6 months ago #50172Orlando, I just love this tree!!
(With puffy flower power I don’t think anyone can beat Clicio’s Mimosa.. That tree looks like an unicorn threw up the seed after drinking too much ambrosia..)

Well,well,well.
I see red maples are all the rage around this forum. In fashion, aren't they?
Fact is yours looks much healthier than mine, so.... Congrats!

Posted 5 years 6 months ago #50300It has good potential, Felidae. Are you aware they take quite a long time to thicken up, don't you? But I like them very much.Felidae wrote: Young Cherry, I started to train few weeks ago
Thanks for posting crent! I would say the upper right branch that is wired down is quite long, being a little out of proportion to the height of the tree right now, what do you think?crent98 wrote: Small Sabina Juniper i been working for a year
And since we've got more contributors to this thread with young material, I will share one of my Japanese Quinces, a Chojubai in clump style, in training. It will get better with the passing of time.

Hey Crent, you are NOT allowed to post here if you don't post a tree in your comment!
So... You owe us one picture of a tree!
As for me:
This New Zealand Teatree mame that was in training for two years DIED on me with no warnings whatsoever, as they always do.
Before/after, six months difference.

I love those flowers! I cannot see how many quinces you have in this pot I don’t know nothing about them.. Hard to keep species?
Thank you.. ^^ It was 2 hours passed while I was under a pile of 30-40 little trees to find an acceptable. The employees probably considered me totally crazy...Clicio wrote: It has good potential, Felidae. Are you aware they take quite a long time to thicken up, don't you? But I like them very much.
I know it would be much better, but I didn’t planned to thicken this up too much. I would like to make a fine landscape tree from it, so maybe I’ll let it grow freely until next year, and we’ll see
