Posted 5 years 9 months ago #47851We are cold a couple of weeks in the year, chilly a month or two, pleasant a month or so in Fall and Spring, and host as blazes the rest of the year, with months of rain every day and months of drought. Thirty years ago we used to run the air conditioner mid May to September, and now late March to late October, just in case you need evidence that the climate is warming. In November it was 85F/30C and two days later 27F/-1C. Crazy weather.
I had a huge tree shading the bonsais and cut it down a a year and a half ago. Last summer they got a lot of sun.
