So I thought I would post a couple pics of my crepe myrtle. These pics were taken yesterday after it's first trim this season. I wanted to cut off a bit more off the top, but it looks like it might flower this year, so I decided to let what looks like flower buds stay on.

I like it! I usually don't like these kind of bends that makes the tree look like it has a "stomach", but this tree gives me a good feeling looking at it

This guy has had issues outgrowing it's pot the last few years, so I put it in this training pot this year. with the hopes of reducing the rootball over the next few years.

So I finally got this guy in a pot again.. a bit thicker than the old one, but it went in without big issues. I'm not so happy about the color, but I like the form of this pot.

here an update of this tree. I'm still looking for the best place in the garden for this guy. he did pretty well this year.
