Well... I think I may have found the culprit for the Murraya Paniculata yellowing... I found an insect on it and turns out it's Asian Citrus Psyllid. Just my luck.
Many leaves yellowed and fall off each day, and many twigs becoming dead. I guess I got the blighted Citrus Greening disease. Found no surefire solution for Citrus Greening disease so I will wait for a few days and see whether it continues... If it is...then I will try saving it by cutting it back to main trunk.

Would hate to lose all the branches, since it takes time to grow them as big as they are now... but I guess saving the tree is way more important.
The second kick in the nuts is that my favorite one (this one) ruined thanks to just 1 (ONE) ACP.... yes, just one... I don't see any other.
