I have had these on one of mine, there is not much you can do it is unsightly, but not doing any harm. I can't remember what they are called, I will try to find out.

They are gallmytes. Just let them be. They do no real harm.

Yes, just found them. only seems to be English Elm, rest are fine even side by side.
