A couple of weeks ago I noticed my bonsai was shedding leaves and a white mildew was growing around the branches - see pics attached. After some research, a week ago I bought Bayer's Garden, Fungus Fighter Disease Control spray (see pic) for fungus and mildew and sprayed it according to the instructions.

I sprayed it again today, as in the instructions indicated, but the problem does not seem to be getting better. Can someone please give me some advice, how can deal with this?

Stop spraying it won't do it any good. The problem is cultural. It sounds like you are overwatering don't water to a schedule, water when it is dry.
There was not picture here, but the leaves dropping is a classic sign of overwatering, what species is it? Have another go at a picture,
