I was looking at my boxwood today and i found little white bugs in the soil. When light hits them they run in the soil. Anyone know what they might be?

Can you post a picture? I had an aphid problem this spring. I got rid of them with a few rounds of water and soap.

I will try and post a pic. They are fast, small and they jump.

You was right. Today i found 1 boxwood with aphids all over it. I mixed up some neem oil and sprayed it. I didn't see any on the other boxwood but i sprayed it anyways. Do aphids like junipers?
