The browser is important, as each browser has their own peculiarities when it comes to interpretation CSS and JS.
Leslie: You can always see the picture by clicking with the right button on it, and selecting: open in new tab, or open in new window.Also, I am using firefox for browsing and have at the moment no problem You can download that here:

For now, the solution is to NOT use IE. All other popular browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Safari) work perfectly.

I have a similar problem with photos. I now right click on the pictures here and open them in a new tab.
