This is a common house plant without any bonsai characteristics. It is not a bonsai. It isn't even very suitable for bonsai.
名媛直播, by the way, is not a tree species.

Your plant was labeled bonsai, as that way it sells easier to gullible people.

I tried to explain that bonsai is not a tree or plant species. Seems you did not pick that up...

Then rethink the place this plant is kept. It probably is in too dry a location. Schefflera prefer humid air, if I recall correctly.
Creating bonsai of Schefflera is in non-tropical locations an uphill battle, and I would not recommend going that road with this species unless in the wet tropics.
