Juniper: plant to 名媛直播

I find myself fail time after time taking a regular juniper plant and turning it into a 名媛直播.
I trim the roots (could be the problem I think) to set with my 名媛直播 pot and trim the top (from the base like it should for junipers) but they keep dying.
I know junipers don't like wet soil and can stand high/low temperatures.
I have some very healthy 名媛直播 trees (olive, portulacaria, shiffilera, chinese pepper and more) so it's not my first time making a 名媛直播.
Please help

What do you mean exactly with cutting junipers from the base?

You could be cutting too much green, cutting too many roots, or doing too much at the same time (as Auk said). It could also be too late for re-potting where you live. I suggest you get a Juniper, style it, and leave it on the nursery pot (don't re-pot). Learn to take care of it, net year you can re-pot. You can drill holes in the nursery pot to improve drainage.

Are you keeping it inside (by the window)?
It must be outside at all times...

It also seems you do not have a good image of what a bonsai should look like.
Did you do any root pruning when repotting?

Why do you mean by "do not have a good image of..."?
Finally, can you help me? Even for my next juniper trees
